There has been confusion as to when the rapture is meant to occur, some people say it takes place before the tribulation others say it is after the tribulations have happened part way, and some say its after it is over. This event is shocking and significant event since millions of people will suddenly disappear. However with all the controversies in the world the question still remains to be when will the rapture happen?
The book in the Bible that outline the last days, the revelation, explains exhaustively what is to take place in and after the time of rapture. Rapture means caught up. It is stated that the Lord himself shall move from his throne of glory and come down to earth, a loud voice be heard as he appears in his full glory and all that buried dead will arise.
The people who are still alive at the time are meant also to take part in the rapture and go to meet the Lord in the air. When they meet He is then to show his mysteries, they shall not be sleeping but shall be changed in an eyes blink as the last trumpet is blown. The dead then shall be brought out of their graves and also be transformed. Chapter six of this book says it all about this occurrence.
It starts as soon as the four horsemen are unconfined, the first one to be released rides white horse and his main assignment is to conquer. The second one comes riding a red horse and shall have been sent to make wars.
The third horse rider appears in a black horse with a mission of destructing the environment and bring about economic hitches. It says that it is a time for an individual to be having a loaf of bread for a full day wage. The last one comes on a pale horse and with him is drought and famine, deaths, sicknesses and wars.
This marks the onset of the coming of the tribulations of humankind, the men who appeared in horses are to mark the opened four seals. The next fifth seal shows believers who were killed on an altar praying to God and pleading with Him.
These are probably the believers that have been killed by the horseman who gave people the power to kill by famine, sword and by the plagues. The sixth one is termed as a significant event, this is when earthquakes are to be experienced, the sun turning black and the moon turns red, the stars falls on earth as the sky recedes like a scroll and all the islands and mountains will be shaken.
These occurrences will be horrific and terrifying for it shall set mortal men on their feet trying to run and be away from them trouble. It is that time that they come to realize that something not normal have taken place. At that time the lamp of God is meant to appear in a great light and glory to the mortal men and present Himself to the eyes of all. People shall experience this great site in masses and for the overcomers of the tribulations they are to appear in white robes besides Him with palms on their hands.
