How Do I Start Taking To God My Problems

By Joanna Walsh

If you have the feeling that you are the only person having trouble in this world, it is time to know that you are not alone. There are many who are asking how do I start taking to God all the trouble that I have. There are thing you need to do to get the trouble out of your way, of course, with the help of God.

You have to accept yourself the way you are, and never wish at one point in your life that you are like someone else who is having a happy moment in life. There is a reason why God let trouble happen to someone, one of the major one being that you can call on him and see that he is the only one who is able to help you. That you have accepted yourself just the way you are is good enough a reason for God to help you out of trouble.

In any case, no matter how hard the situation may be, you need to know that God is always there in moments of trouble and depressions. You need to have the conviction that God is able to help before you can take your troubles to him. You cannot approach the Supreme Being if you have the conviction that He cannot be of help to you.

Even after having sinned against God, He changed His mind on destroying humankind forever to giving them a chance to live again. And though He did not take death away, He made it a rite of passage from one phase of life to the other. Human beings now have the hope that they will one day spend eternity with God once life on earth is over.

You need to believe that the word of God is true. When he said that he will help you, he meant every word, and this is a more reason why you have to build faith and have the conviction that he is the only one who can get you solutions for all your trouble. Once you have this assurance, it should be easy for you to open your mouth and prays.

There may be a need to know why you are going through what you are going through right now. The problem could be a curse from some relative, problems arising from illness, matters affecting your financial background, or personal problems that cut so deep that you would rather share with God alone. Remember you are not alone, as there is always someone from above who is watching and always ready to help you every time you have trouble.

Remember what Jesus said, that if you ask you would be given to you. He also said that if you seek, you will find and if you knock, the door shall be opened to you. In short, if you ask for something and you believe that God can do it, He will do it for you.

Do not look for other means to solve your problems. God is always there to help. He made a promise to do so from the start.
