The Four Blood Moons And Israel In Prophecy

By Elaine Guthrie

The current prophecy of the coming of Christ is not the only one related to Israel. For many, the rebirth of the Nation in 1948 was the first sign that God had not forsaken the Jewish people. For others, those in the Christian faith, it represented the beginning of the end along with a new Israel in prophecy, one which still remains unfulfilled.

Over time, it has been asked why Israel is so often in the news. Israel is an important aspect of the Old Testament as well as the New in the Christian faith. And, extremely important to the Jewish people who were born, raised and exiled out of the land. Now, this homecoming for many in the Christian realm, also relates to the second coming of Christ as Lord and Savior.

When involved in religion, many believe the promises made by God to Israel will ultimately come to pass. In fact, some see 1948 as one of the Israeli prophecies when she was born a new nation having already come to pass. Another being the current trend of the Jewish people to return to the homeland.

The newest prophecy related to the end of times uses these eclipses to tie the events to end of times. While there have been a number of different prophecies related to the end of the world, there are those in the Jewish and Christian faith whom see this is as the most probable. As to whether there is any truth to this prophecy, all one can do is wait and see.

As with most lunar eclipses of record, the moon appeared blood red which is caused by the scattering of light throughout the atmosphere of earth. Prophets also recognize the solar eclipse of March 20, 2015 as being part of the process. It is believed this solar eclipse in many circles is the beginning of the end when it comes to Israeli prophecy.

There have always been zealots planning and professing the coming of Christ, the coming of the end or simply, the end of times in relation to the Mayan Calendar in 2012, another prophecy left unfulfilled like many others associated with Nostradamus. Some say the delays are due to human activity and intervention or simply a bad timeline while others just see the prophecies as false.

There has now been a book written called "Four Blood Moons, " which became a best seller. The book spent almost half of 2014 on the best seller list and has gained attention worldwide. The blood moon has now received a great deal of attention in the field of science and technology. For Christian based believers who believe in a second coming, many are anxiously now awaiting Fall and the hope of ascension into the Kingdom Heaven.

In fact, the red aspects of the moon during these eclipses is brought about from solar flares and dust from the earth; Still, many Christians and others are looking towards September 2015 being the next end of times. Whether or not this is the case is yet to be seen, though even believers believe that the "in an hour ye think not, the son of man cometh."-Matthew 22:44. Now whether that is in a second coming, or an answer to a prayer, also remains unknown.
